Patrick started his Real Estate career in 2004 by getting licensed and going to work with the family business. He earned his Associate Broker’s license in 2008 and went on to purchase the company in 2020. Since then, Patrick has led the company’s operations and worked to continue Pennington Lines’ legacy as an independent and locally owned real estate brokerage. Patrick served as President of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors in 2023, State Director of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Bank Director of Andover Bank Corp. and as a member of the Board of Directors for The Erie Western PA Port Authority. His broad experience helps him to guide clients through transactions ranging from the routine to the more complicated.
