All offers must include a the following and can be submitted directly to John Easter when finished. 1) Completed Erie Land Bank Developer Proposal Agreement (attached), 2) Detailed list of planned improvements and costs associated, 3) Financial statement showing the ability to carry out the renovations, i.e. pre-approval for a renovation loan or a Bank Statement showing funds available. All offers will be reviewed by the Erie Land Bank Board of Directors at the next scheduled Board meeting, held the 3rd Monday of the month.
